What is in, what is out, and what would be a change, written once and agreed. The boundary exists before it is tested, which is the only time writing it down is cheap.
It replaces: Absorbing three days of work rather than having an awkward conversation · A statement of work nobody opened after signing.
Scope is station 03 of seven. The work arrives from the station before it and leaves to the one after, which is why nothing is retyped between them.
