“We priced it on a feeling and the feeling was wrong.”

Rs 699/mo, per workspace

No card. Shell is included at no charge, and Quote is Rs 699 a month afterwards, or part of the Studio Suite at Rs 3,499 for all nine.

Priced from effort Scope supplies the hours; this supplies the number.
Packages, not one number So the client has a choice that is not yes or no.
Assumptions attached Every quotation says what it assumed.

Who it is for, and why it matters

Who it is for

Studios who price on instinct and find out at the end of the project whether the instinct was right.

What it does

Pricing, packages and client-ready quotations.

Why it matters

A price set by feel is a price you cannot defend or repeat. The number has to come from the effort, not the mood of the week.

04 Of seven stations Scope in, quotation out.
3 Options, typically One choice is an ultimatum; three is a decision.
1 Source of the number The effort estimate, not last time.

What changes

Without it

A number is arrived at in a meeting, discounted on a call, and never compared to what the work cost. The next quote starts from the same instinct, now slightly worse informed.

With it

The approved scope, priced. Discounts tracked against target rather than given and forgotten, per client and overall, so the pattern is visible before it becomes the house rate.

What it does

It replaces: Pricing from a feeling · Discovering the discount pattern a year later.

Where it sits

Quote is station 04 of seven. The work arrives from the station before it and leaves to the one after, which is why nothing is retyped between them.

Questions

Can I give a number before the scope is signed off?
Yes, a fixed-scope estimate, and it stays marked as one.
Does it tell me what to charge?
No. It shows what you charged, against what you meant to, which is the information that changes the next quote.

Try it

14 days of real use, no card. If it is not obviously worth paying for by the end, the right answer is for us to improve it rather than to rely on you forgetting to cancel.
